cancellation policy
A cancellation of a confirmed booking has to be done via E-mail or postal mail. Due to a cancellation, B&B Lodging At 8, Weldadigheidsstraat 8, 3000 Leuven, will ask a cancellation fee as follows:
- 28 days to 7 days before arrival: the guest has to pay 30 % of the total amount of his foreseen stay at B&B Lodging At 8, via bank transfer. The guest will receive a scanned invoice, mentioning his booking number and bank details.
- 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 50 % of the total amount of his foreseen stay has to be payed.
- Cancellation 24 hours before arrival or No Show: the whole amount of his foreseen stay has to be payed.
